Dry Cleaning

Good clothes are an investment and you should entrust them only to a cleaner with the specialist knowledge to give them the respect they require.

Our process starts with a pre-cleaning inspection, noting the care label and any accessories that may be attached.

The pre cleaning treatment is designed to remove visible stains from the garment before it goes into a machine.

A decision will be made as to the best way to handle your garments in order to retain the body and feel of the item whilst ensuring that the reason you brought them to us in the first place takes place, cleaning.

Our staff are trained hand finishers and have access to some of the most advanced equipment available, but that is not the whole story, they also have the skills to use the more traditional presses, skills long since lost to most cleaners.

We will finish your garment the way the designer or manufacturer intended it to look with creases in the right place. You will never see a "shiny" mark on our hand finished items.

Once your garment has been hand finished it will be passed to Quality Control for inspection and signing off.

The garment is now packaged and ready for return to you by our uniformed driver or for collection from our counter facility in Darlington.

If we come across any minor faults during cleaning we will normally rectify them for you free of charge. If the item requires more substantial repair work we will contact you and let you know the price.
